Return Policy for Peanos.
To return a product, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Return requests will be approved if all of the below are met:
- The item is in unused/undamaged condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The consumer pays applicable shipping fees for the return
- The item is returned to :

Shipping Charges on Returns
If the order and/or item shipped is incorrect, damaged, defective upon arrival, or no replacement is sent, Peanos. will quickly replace or redeliver your order and cover all shipping charges. A full refund will be issued if the customer chooses to cancel the order rather than wait for the replacement to arrive.
If the customer’s return request is received within 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and a full refund will be issued.
We will not take returns under the following circumstances:
- If the order was been placed more than 30 days ago
- If the product has been used
- If the customer damaged the product through misuse
Refunds are generally issued within 2 weeks of the receipt date of the return.
